A thank-you to Gov. Jerry Brown

Yesterday, California Gov. Jerry Brown signed Senate Bill 1172, protecting LGBT young people from dangerous psychological abuse that often leads to depression and even suicide.

California will become the first state in the country to stop so-called mental health therapists from trying to change LGBT young people’s sexual orientation or gender expression.

Please take a few moments and send California's governor a well-deserved thank-you for signing this legislation.
