Related: Editorials & Other Articles, Issue Forums, Alliance Forums, Region ForumsI just signed up to be a Board Worker for the General Election.
6 am to 8 pm. $200 for the gigue. And my chance to monitor the voting, more like monitor any irregularities with the voting machines, voter disenfranchisement, etc.
All I need to do is to take a two-hour course, which I will report to you.
I encourage anyone who has the time to do this, even if it's voluteering.

OP
Try calling a county's board of elections. I don't think calling a state would give you an answer.

I did election inspections for several years and whoo!!! the hours are long and the perks are few, but it was satisfying duty. Thanks for your service!

I live in Indiana. I'd rather help out in one of the swingier states like OH, WI or MI. I'm not a good person for phone banking, but I could do other things. This election monitor thing is something I could do.
Any ideas about how to get hooked in to another state?
