There is a shortage of baby sitters in the DC area. They are well qualified for that.

I think they'd be better off having a 4 yr gap in employment and saying they were in prison.

...bring them in, string them out with promises, then don't take any more of their calls.

we could all file a class action law suit against the whole group siting physical and mental harm done over the past four years. It would be as likely to generate a profit as writing resumes for them Plus, we wouldn't have to lie.
