Philadelphia cop responds to water being thrown at him by punching and arresting a nearby woman, but she didn't do it!

SNIP: "Earlier today, a brief video shot at the Puerto Rican Day Parade and posted on YouTube depicted an officer later identified as Philadelphia Police Lt. Jonathan Josey punching a woman, allegedly in response to water or other objects thrown on police from the crowd nearby. We applaud the response of Commissioner Ramsey's office and the Philadelphia Police Internal Affairs Unit for immediately placing Lt. Josey on desk duty and launching a swift investigation. The Commission will monitor the investigation, and encourages any witnesses to the incident to contact Internal Affairs at 215-685-5056, or the Commission, at 215-685-0891."

When this is over, let's hope this thug gets a lot more than just desk duty.

She did not deserve to be punched but she spent some time taunting the officers and either throwing water on them or shooting Silly String on them.

The cops were standing with their backs turned to her. She was prancing up and down, taunting them, and shooting them with Silly String.

I am NOT saying she deserved to be punched. But can you tell me what her plan was? Why she was doing this? The cops did not respond to her for some time. They ignored her.

Then this idiot officer went out of his way to punch her.

As I posted in the other thread, if I went into a gay bar and started taunting people as 'fags', would you think I was pretty stupid even if I got beaten for it?
