Put emphasis on weeding out political corruption. Assemble a team. Get a tip website up. Executive order reinforcing whistle blower protections including rewards for good tips.
Put a focus on current ongoing corruption and profiteering on contracts Stress covid contract fraud and illegal foreign entanglements.
That would get McConnell and others. Maybe some Democrats too.
