According to highly placed sources in the Romney Campaign, Willard Romney, who has recently been slipping in the polls, plans something special for this Wednesday's debate with incumbent President Barack Obama. During the debate, Romney will upstage President Obama by lighting a fart on stage with his favorite Zippo lighter, the same one he carried on his missionary trip to France during the Vietnam War. Speaking to this reporter, Candidate Romney said, "Well, we wanted to do something that demonstrated our close connection with the Republican base. After a long discussion, it was decided that lighting a fart would best connect us to our core supporters."
