Harry's Law Gone - Ever Notice How -----

good television shows that deal with real cultural and political issues leave the scene quickly. It seem like most of the shows now are pablum or garbage like "Survivor". We are so manipulated by the the MSM now I wonder if we will ever get our airwaves back. The 1950's, '60's, and 70's were not the wasteland that were depicted. At least there was some programming of note.

1. I never watched that program. I know a few things about it.

The show was originally written for a male lead, when they flipped it, they left the name.

It was never touted like some other shows--there was a bit of of press junket/talk show rounds at the outset, but it never got the fifteen second ads, the celebrity guests who hype the machine, etc.

Sometimes, the difference between a show that succeeds and a show that goes by the wayside is just publicity and buzz.
