I mean, really exceptional. Admittedly, one time it involved receiving an iPad cover for my mom that didn't fit (because a new model had just come out and the product page hadn't been updated to reflect that there was more than one size iPad--so really, it was partly my fault for not knowing that), but the refund was easy-peasy, no questions asked. And a couple of years ago the same thing happened with a sweatshirt that was larger than advertised. Again, easy-peasy. I'd have ranked them with Zappos in terms of customer service--so I'd encourage you to give them another try!

Perfect.

The only improvement I would suggest is Ryan right there with the jerk.
