Every nation on earth just loves foreigners coming in, never paying taxes, never contributing anything to the common good, and acting like they own the place, which is the 0.1pct's normal behavior. You'd think there has to be one nation on earth that loves colonialism.

I'm sorry, a billionaires' refuge gets old fast, faster than an old-fashioned, lower-class, refugee camp where sympathy keeps it going. What's happening in Europe is not an exception. Billionaires are going to run out of welcoming places.

I could over look, EXCEPT for the fact his family thought USA was just grand when they needed our help and protection, which was paid for by the tax dollars of other us citizens, but when he grows up and does well in part because of the benefits he received from the US taxpayers, and he has the good fortune and ability to repay their favor and their kindness, and the opportunity to help others in similar situations his greed trumps all and he bails. Nice way to say thank you - and show your appreciation- you jerk. I think he and any and all of his heirs should be banned from ever returning to the US or being able to invest in any US commodities, corporations, etc.
