Warlock shooting: Feds assist in fatal shootings investigation
Winter Springs police and federal agents continued their investigation Tuesday into the fatal shooting of two members of the Warlocks motorcycle club and the wounding of a third member outside a VFW post over the weekend.
Calling it a "very tedious and time consuming case," Winter Springs Police Lt. Doug Seely said Tuesday agents with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration are assisting local detectives.
"It's a complicated case because we're not dealing with just Florida," Seely said.
The triple shooting unfolded not far from the police department late Sunday morning, when members of the Seminole County chapter of the Warlocks gathered outside the VFW post on North Edgemon Avenue to leave on a poker run to raise money for a charity.
