Real Clear Politics has every national poll with President Obama leading. In addition, they have moved Ohio and New Hampshire into the lean Obama category, there-by putting him just one electoral vote away from being re-elected. Iowa, Virginia, Nevada, Florida and Colorado are all still considered toss-ups. Any one of those states could put him over the top. North Carolina has an RCP average for Romney of less than a point, and Missouri has moved into the toss-up category.
I know it's not over, but the momentum continues to be with us. The sub-contractor for the Republicans has committed election fraud, so the Republicans have ceased registering voters, even though they have a week to ten days to do so in a number of key battle ground states. A Pennsylvania judge has rejected the law requiring voter ID in that state, and the Republican message is confused and incoherent.
We have them on the run, let's work all the harder and let's turn this victory, up and down the ballot, into a rout.

(35,699 posts)There will be no tossups on election night and most of those now designated that way will be going for Obama. The "no tossups" map has Obama with 332 and that is giving NC to Mitt which is probably not going to happen now given that this is one of the states the national Republican Party has stopped its registration efforts.

(8,652 posts)but if I am quoting RCP, I can't add states they haven't. I agree, with no toss-ups, it looks like the 2008 map, minus Indiana. But I won't count states RCP hasn't moved yet.
