Don't you love how these Repukes act like Biden is this big buffoon and then when it's put up or shut up time, here comes the "low expectations" rhetoric.

Ryan, appearing on Fox News Sunday, said he's not counting on the Democratic vice president to make a gaffe that he can exploit during their Oct. 11 debate at Centre College in Danville, Ky.
"He's a witty guy, he knows who he is," Ryan said today. "You're not going to rattle Joe Biden. Joe is very good on the attack.
"Joe is very good at trying to confuse the issues," Ryan continued. He said his job at the VP debate is to make sure people are "not confused about what we stand for and what they stand for."
