Pfizer vaccine announcement - provide hope or raise stock price?

Pfizer took the unusual step of announcing preliminary results of stage 3 trail that it has not completed.

The 90% efficacy rate may increase or decrease once the full trial is finished.
Thy don't know whether the vaccine is equally effective on the young and the old.
The vaccine has to be administered twice, three weeks apart
The success rate is based on the one week time period after the second dose. It may or may not provide longer protection.
They did not test for the virus in participants that did not show symptoms so they don't know whether the vaccine has an effect on asymptomatic carriers of the virus
The current vaccine must be kept at -80 degrees F

I own Pfizer and the price is up .02% from last year. No bounce, no marked change, just the regular day to day penny flux.

On the other hand International Paper that makes shipping boxes is up 10% in the last two weeks.

I dunno.
