The SCOTUS could choose to ignore the ex post facto law prohibition of the Constitution, if they wanted to, and Trump could be re-elected that way.

if there are "faithless" electors seated, they will withhold certification.

That would keep the Senate busy, rather than carrying the milk and pacifier for Donald Trump, they would be voting whether to convict and dismiss from office OR suffer his toxicity for another four years. Wow! Such a tough decision.

If the election ever gets to the House, each state gets one vote, and the Republicans control more state delegations than we do. The House would elect Trump if it ever got that far.

But there’s no other way for the outcome of this election to get to the House. If it DOES get to the House, we lose. Nancy Pelosi can not save us, and that is the question asked in the OP.
