Is there anything we can do about this True to Vote /Tea party group that will be trying to

intimidate people in the polling places?

Could my wife legally sit in the polling place and make a visable record of how many times the True to Vote--if that person is there and who they try to intimidate or will she be arrested?

the single easiest way to get rid of all of them.

and if you see people in brooks brother suits banging on courthouse windows this time,
tweet it nationwide that they are instigators from out of state illegally interupting a federal election by crossing state lines.

1) Nobody without credentials is allowed w/in 100' of the front door of the poll
except for voters or people who have legitimate work in the building.

b) The only people who can challenge somebody's right to vote is a poll worker.

iii) Your wife can not sit in a polling place unless she has credentials to be there.

4) If your wife would like to do election protection / poll watching working she
should connect OFA or the state democratic party. We would be glad for any help ...
even if it is working outside of the building.

e) I think that these true the vote fuckers will be a non factor in the election because
of early voting and they are more bluster than anything else ..... they will have to stay
100' from the front door and i doubt that the state GOP would give them the credentials
to be inside the polling station ..... and even if they were they really can't do shit.

You will be given instructions on how to treat certain situations if they should occur.

A voter registration card, voter ID or previous signature from past election is all one needs. If they are not satisfied with your proof then you can go after them for voter intimidation. That's a federal offense. I would certainly call the police on the spot if that ever happened to me.

you can play poll watcher too, but there are specific rules and all of them are local.

Alternatively your local Dem party should also be up to this... call them.

This thread demonstrates yet another reason why it is a very good law.

All blue states should push for this state legislation while they have the power to do so.
