Who also sits on the Senate Intelligence Committee, and gets intelligence briefings. They may be keeping Biden out of the loop, but his VP is still in it as long as she remains a Senator. The same goes for any Democrat on any related committee in both the House and the Senate.

as President-elect, he has regained it. He is entitled to all national security information, regardless of whether or not the sore-loser manbaby allows him access to it. This game Trump is playing is idiotic, because Biden will get much of the information, regardless. He'll just be getting it through the backdoor, via others with access. Like his running mate/VP-elect. The same goes for communications with Dr. Fauci. I have no doubt the doctors on his pandemic task force speak regularly with him, even if Biden is allegedly blocked from doing so. (I am skeptical that of this allegation, although it is not something I would put past Trump.)
