Howard Fineman says someone who knows someone told him that

the President has conceived a "real dislike" for Romney "from afar." Just told that to the fledgling pundits on "The Cycle." They don't come more flatulent than Howard, except maybe if you are on the roundtable of "This Morning."

Just like Tamron was uncomfortable (having had un uncharacteristic and a slightly testy exchange with Bashir earlier). Like they were both given a memo to swing the discussions around to make it appear "balanced" and a horse race.

And it's hardly surprising. Romney takes 'unlikeable' to a new level.
