(801 posts)Is there a compilation of cases by political party???? I bet it's skewed largely red... It might be time dependent, since at the beginning we didn't know what was going on and the vast majority of the cases were from NYC and New England... But lately, it seems like most of the cases are from the red states; did you see the moving graphs of infections by state over time? https://dangoodspeed.com/covid/
It's a start.... says a lot!

(7,403 posts)Between wearing a mask and social distancing and not doing those things. Or listening to Dr. Fauci and not listening to Dr. Fauci. Take your pick.

(2,123 posts)Those who listen to Dr. Fauci will wear masks and practice social distancing. Those who don't, won't.

(11,572 posts)First of all, because they probably couldn't find "it," whatever "it" might be, unless you did.
But, more specifically to this thread, they have conviction enough to put the viral load where their mouth is.
We'll leave "conviction" for another time. Word play is great, isn't it?
Please don't tombstone me.

This is part of their payoff. Science-ignorant political leaders.

(12,509 posts)stories of southern state school boards removing the science curriculum, and replacing it with the creationists theory. As a biologist and NPR addict back then, it was a sad story that always caught my ear.

(58,785 posts)a cold not worth mentioning if they do, and anyway only useless people like those no longer working, weaklings with chronic illness, and (whisper it) non-whites are prone. Bad PR grouping yourself with society's disposables.
