...has a picture taken with this circle/halo around their head. It's a strange, and rather annoying habit, especially when it's a REPUBLICAN.

I hope Joe is being especially careful. About everything. But I still want him to get more aggressive in beating back the malevolence of T**** and the ignorance of the day.
