THE LATEST: Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Vice President Mike Pence have put a squeeze on the last-ditch legal effort by Rep. Gohmert to overturn the 2020 election.

Both urged the court to throw it out for a multitude of reasons.

Even after all of his chats with Jesus, he's so DONE with dealing with Donnie Two Scoops. I would guess that he still has aspirations for higher office (not the kind up in the sky), but he's also not so stupid as to think he can overturn the election next week.
