I have experienced personal losses due to COVID that can NEVER be repaired or made right or really even recovered and my wife is in health care (geriatrics) and knows dozens of people impacted by this disease and the attitudes of ill-informed bastards that should be lined up and beaten with canes.

How about we make people a deal? Don't want to wear masks in public? Fine. Don't do it. BUT....the caveat is that anyone else out in public by necessity gets to cane your fucking ass for 2 minutes. Every. Single. Masked-person.

There are always doctors and nurses who barely graduated but they did and there isn’t any differentiation in titles.
I have worked with doctors and nurses who I would consider tattooing my body that they could not touch me in the event of an emergency if I were to become incapacitated.
These are definitely not isolated incidences and I could write books of malpractice that I have personally witnessed.
I say all of this to say that it doesn’t matter that a “retired doctor” said this. He is an idiot. His title has no bearing on his idiocy.
