sabotage the US. I view them as domestic terrorists. I don't know how they will be held in check. They might be an armed group or whatever.

Until we set some limits on how tax revenue is distributed, there will be transfers from those that want functioning government to those areas who are not interested in functioning government.
You want low taxes? Fine, make due with what you generate and leave the rest of us alone.
