Dr @PeterHotez on CNN makes a great analogy about poor vaccine deployment. It’s as if the US govt shipped 40 million boxes of IKEA furniture and the states are opening them to discover some assembly required.

...2nd one next week and he said it was very smooth the way our hospital has it set up. We are small and rural however so not all the logistics a larger population would have.
