That is not a position for someone like Stacey Abrams. I don't think there's any way in hell she'd take the job and I sincerely doubt Biden would insult her by offering it to her.

Another reason could be that Georgia, unlike other swing states, has a Republican governor, a Republican Secretary of State and a Republican dominated legislature. If there were any state that Trump could flip the votes, Georgia would be his best shot.
