Question...not looking at the numbers.. but has the mail in and early voting started to be counted

they were allowed to pre-process, so early and mail-in is being counted starting today.

according to Kornacki on MSNBC but these are apparently Dem leaning counties

She said that military/overseas ballots have until Friday to be received and she said the estimate for those is about 17k (including those still to come in).
