Bill asked him who he thought would win and he said Obama

And he was serious! I remember that and how people talked about it and tittered about it. He didn't know how to touch the first truly viable African-American Presidential candidate. Probably was a little afraid to. Maybe he recognized that his team was and is on the wrong side of history. Maybe he still does? Maybe he sees a lead unsurmoutable at this late date, and a candidate that regularly shoots himself in the 1000-dollar wingtips.

I think he's their statistical nerd. And he's on their side. And his work is very damaging.
