(62,325 posts)Well, that gives me confidence that these will be fair and balanced debates.
You would think that in this entire country of over 300 million people, there was no one other than the usual small, circle of MSM pundits who is capable of doing anything.
I guess they find their stooges and then shut the gates to anyone else.

(62,325 posts)Candy Crowley. Hopefully Obama will do to her what Romney did to Lehrer.
I can never understand why that woman has a job on TV. She must know someone or someone owes her bigtime. I prefer my Right Wingers to be open and honest about it. She plays the role of a 'journalist' which is laughable.

I'm only half joking about Cowell -- he's enough of an egotistical @$$hole that he would enforce debate discipline.

(2,391 posts)And not just for BSing, either. Take Ron Reagan, for example. Ron is asked a question, starts to answer, Tweety is nodding and agreeing, and then he cuts him off and starts talking himself! And keeps on going! And going! Judas Priest!
If Tweety could control himself, then, yes, I'd love to have him moderate because he'd enforce the rules. If he acts the way he does on his show, oh, hell, no!
