From what I understand there will be two hours debate for each state contested, then go back and

forth between the Senate and House to vote

This could take hours

They are also are suppossed to have evidence in order to contest

VP Pence has also released a statement per CNN that he would NOT interfere with the electoral votes, and has stated he doesn't have the authority

He just threw trump under the bus, by that statement which is the right thing to do

Could go faster... Especially after the first objection gets tossed, and it's just a repeat of the same old shit.

Especially once they get past NV, at which point the remaining "swing" states (PA, WI) aren't enough to avoid Biden getting 270.

8 states, then about an hour ago, I heard 3 states. I'll bet they challenge 1, have their individual discussions/votes, the Rs make their statements, then it will fizzle out.

All the Senate Rs are going to want to make a statement, then the objection will be voted down and no one will want to have more groundhog days.

This is going to be a marathon shit show with plenty of hiking. That may convince many to cut to the chase and verify the EC vote.
