The war declaration could not have passed without bipartisan support.

Also unintended deaths in an admittedly unnecessary war is very different from direct targeted extermination of a specific group of people based on their religious beliefs. Not to mention the practice and trafficking in sex slaves by ISIS.

Yes, the GOP suck, and yes it can be easily argued that they have blood on their hands - but saying they are worse than ISIS is willful ignorance.
