So how long does it take for the additional resources to arrive?

The CSPAN live feed still shows people on the steps and reports that people are still in the building?

How have they had unfettered access to the Capital for nearly two hours?!

This response time is pathetic!

It takes about 4 hours to gather them. Then there will be briefings on objectives, plans and rules of engagement, say another two hours. There is also gear to be issued, hopefully that can be done concurrently.

So at best, six hours after the request for help is approved to start moving where they are needed.
