Fix the climate = might cost money with no profit return.

You gotta think short-term!

Our government did not become sick....it became evil about 10 years ago.

...but things really went south about 10 years ago.

And now we have a President who rarely mentions climate change, and never with the kind of urgency that is necessary. We'll see what happens in his second term.

Our kids will be inheriting hell on earth because of our lack of action.

The public was lied to by a small handful of people. The politicians were politically bludgeoned, and trapped by the successful conflation of Iraq with Al-Qaeda / 9-11. Over a relatively short period of time.

The scientific evidence of climate change has been built up for DECADES. Most Americans believe it, and there was a time when "most Americans" was an overwhelming majority as well as a majority of Congress. But the liars - an overlapping set with the ones of Iraq infamy - have been at it again. And successfully prevented any major effective action.

And that is the point.
