Find every single phone, within one mile of the US Capitol before during and after, the insurgency.

Each individual phone can be 'pinged' which will reveal;
--the phone number
--it's GPS location
--any pics, texts, etc that the phone transmitted or received
--who owns the phone

Find them, arrest the owners and charge them with every felony that can be thought up.
Seize their assets, as we do with all terrorists, and let them find out what 'due process' is all about.

They can try to get bail and defend their actions in court.
We have laws and high tech investigative methods which should be used.
