Knowing what he knows about Donald Trump, shouldn't he have been better prepared to handle a situation like yesterday?

If it is true that this was planned on social media all day. That is, unless he gave warnings that were ignored.

We do have an entire department of the Federal government, Homeland Security, that is supposed to be on top of these things.
