IMHO, I wanted a second set of Articles the day after the first one failed. Losing that vote didn't expunge the ongoing DUTY to hold Trump accountable for Ukraine and other ongoing crimes and misdemeanors.
I believe it was political expediency that guided Pelosi's hesitancy and now it's come to this point.
I'm a big Pelosi and Porter fan but I think they dropped the ball on pressuring Trump.

Any other POTUS doing the things he did would have been at least under CONSTANT Impeachment inquiries.
Pelosi just dropped it.
I have to think it was a calculated political decision as the criminal behavior was obvious.

6. This isn't a hit-or-miss thing but orchestrated. Both house

and senate leaders, Schumer and Pelosi, et al, have demanded action from the Republicans or else they may move to impeachment. Others make statements to the nation and press to hit the point.
