and she seemed pissed.

It must be her personal choice to mention it -- I can't see MSNBC forcing that on her

Ugh. Boo to Mitchell and to NBC - Fair Use should be invoked and I hope they get sued

From what I've read, they've not mentioned any comments from Mitchel -- only from NBC complaining about both sides using clips from their reporters.

NBC was making all the noise about them using that clip. Unless I'm mistaken, Mrs. Greenspan didn't say anything about the clip.

...newspeople like Mrs. Greenspan like to put on the pretenses that she is not favoring one party or another. It used to be a hallmark of journalism that you never agreed to be a part of any political campaign or commercial. Now we can discuss if Mrs. Greenspan is a journalist or not but I do agree that one could construe by showing Mrs. Greenspan on the ad that she's endorsing the Obama candidacy...

Even if I don't like Andrea Mitchell (I don't), I still get the idea of not wanting to look like you're "endorsing" a specific candidate.

Still... nothing NBC can do about it. So NYAH, NYAH!
