DOJ's saying now they are not looking at incitement charges, i.e. not Trump, is directly contrary to the DOJ Sedition Memo issued in September, saying DOJ should always consider seditious conspiracy charges for HINDERING or DELAYING the execution of US law by BLM protestors.
