My points:

1. The FBI screwed up badly already. They should have passed on intel to relevant
authorities on the ground. This attack was public knowledge for weeks.
2. Other authorities let the white crowds into the Capitol building and even after federal violations did not arrest many folks at all.
3. So far I am not impressed, but I am willing to suspend final judgement until as you say investigations are completed.

As for the Insurrection...just don't know. Yet hearing about the gear they were carrying and the attempted hanging of an AP reporter and a call for the same for Pence...well. Also the Capitol police opened the gates for them. On video, they let them in. There was a lot of insider shit going on and that came directly from the top.
