First zip-tie guy is a twenty-something jackass. Second zip-tie guy is older, most likely ex-military. In the photo I saw he looked like he was instructing younger rioters. If he is in fact ex-military I hope that he is prosecuted under UCMJ and sent to Leavenworth. This guy doesn't strike me as an amateur.
