I was listening to a radio show, and the guest was someone who had a background in national security (may have worked at the Pentagon or in Homeland Security at one time). The statement that chilled me to the very bone was that there is growing suspicion within the security community that Jan. 6 was just a dry run for the REAL "operation." That will take place Jan. 20, and the targets will be Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.

I've attended a Presidential Inauguration in the VIP seats.

The anti-climb fencing that went up yesterday, supposedly in response to the riot, is in fact a standard security element for Inaugurations that the Mob didn't have to deal with.

Everyone coming within blocks of the Inauguration site will go through a phalanx of checkpoints and weapons checks. Security will not be provided by the Capitol Police, but by an army of heavily armed Federal authorities (SS, FBI, DHS, TSA...pretty much everyone with a uniform and a gun who's not needed somewhere else.

Needless to say, the podium where Biden and Harris are sworn in and speak have additional layers of security and guards.

Had a similar maze of security lines and checkpoints to get on the national mall at all. Needless to say I was quite a ways from the VIPs, but when Bill Clinton decided to do a walkabout near our section, the first sign was the appearance of men in tactical gear with automatic weapons on top of vans looking down watching us. In short, there may have been just a wee bit tighter security there than was faced by the MAGAt Mob yesterday. I would expect that was similar to the security levels for an inaugural.

to go up against heavily armed, well equipped and well trained National Guard and LEO special ops units.

Plus you can bet there's going to be predator drones in the area armed with Hellfire missiles, and it's pretty well guaranteed that any unauthorized aircraft coming within 100 miles of DC will be challenged and if deemed hostile, it will receive a sidewinder AAM up it's ass.

Most to these traitors will drop their weapons when challenged or run when the first shot is fired.

It's one thing to dress up and march around in the woods playing soldier, it's quite another to have someone shooting at you, and most of those National Guardsmen are combat vets with tours in Iraq and Afghanistan.

These traitors wouldn't last very long against the massive security that will be in place for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris' Inauguration.

34. What worries me far more is the next four (or eight) years.

Security will need to be absolutely flawless everywhere top Democratic leaders go, including overseas. There are thousands of these heavily armed nutjobs from all across the USA that will be looking for revenge and to be a MAGAt hero.

We need to frequently remind ourselves that many of his most rabid fans are brainwashed psychopaths like him.

I do believe security around the whole DC area will be top-notch for this sequestered inauguration in light of recent events. Joe will see to it.
