Gov Cuomo to push to legalize marijuana....

This will be the 3rd year he's proposed it. They came super close last year, and did manage to at least decriminalize it, but, if memory serves me correctly, arguments over incoming funds generated stopped legalisation. this year, with COVID and the state's income lower then expected and our neighbouring states having legalised it (and bringing in $$) there's more motivation than ever to work it out and finally (hopefully) legalise it.
