LANSDALE, Penn -- A man is suing a strip club claiming a pole dancer injured him so severely than he required surgery.
Patrick Gallagher claims he and his friends went to the Philadelphia-area Penthouse Club for his bachelor party back in 2010.
His bachelors package included a special performance from a stripper.
During the dance, Gallagher was laying on the stage when the stripper slid down a pole with such force that she ruptured his bladder upon landing, according to the lawsuit.

(54,020 posts)The subject line reminds me of the anti-litigation hysteria over the old lady who "sued McDonalds for serving her coffee that was too hot." Remember that one? Only, once the facts came out, it turns out that the coffee was actually scalding and she'd received second degree burns all over her lap.
So we get a good giggle out of this bachelor party guy cause, heh heh, his bladder is kinda close to his wiener, only it turns out it was actually ruptured because she intentionally jumped down on top of him while he was laying down on the floor. I don't know if she alone should be held responsible, but injury to internal organs is not something to be laughed at.

(13,985 posts)But what the hell was he doing LYING DOWN ON THE STAGE??
He will probably win some money in a settlement, but its his fault he put himself in that position. Didn't he see the dancer climbing up the poll? He should've gtfo lol!
Also, if he would've gone to the bathroom before, this wouldn't have happend lmao!
