If Big Bird really proves a problem to Romney in polling....

He has the perfect solution at his disposal. He'll grant him a "stay of execution" and show the American public what a "nice" guy he is. That's what ruthless phonies do. Of course, as President he'll proceed to off Big Bird along with a lot of other government spending (like the social safety net) that we can't "afford," when the tea party comes calling.

Or at least "weakness".

He's kinda screwed on this Big Bird thing no matter what.
