What would affect him the most? . . . . Strip him of the title "President."

I know nothing of the legalities, but I do know that if federal law and the government no longer recognized him with the title "President," that would drive him even crazier.

Imagine every formal introduction to him in the future as "Mr. Trump"! The audience will be constantly reminded of his failed tenure and inglorious end.
