(17,019 posts)A felon can be guilty of murder during the course of the dangerous felony even if the felon is not the killer, as might happen when a robber kills a clerk -- the driver of the getaway car, as well as the robber, may be charged with first-degree murder.

(12,449 posts)and she said that yes, each and every one of those terrorists can be charged with murder as the murder happened during the commission of a crime.

(86 posts)The guy in your pic needs to be arrested too, obviously (as does every MF that was there), but the guy that hauled the cop down the stairs was a different guy. He was wearing a gray backpack and a hat that was white on the back, blue on the front and had a red bill. There's a pic in the second tweet on this thread.

I haven't seen anything that shows his face yet but the hat and backpack are rather distinctive so hopefully those that are combing through the videos and pics from that day will be able to find something.

(14,858 posts)That's a man who was a very right-wing COO at a company where I worked, who used to openly carry and point a gun at people called "The Judge" while inside the workplace despite how the company policy didn't allow firearms inside it. It was a (large) pistol, and he loaded it with shotgun shells.
He was insane imo, and eventually fired. A team of security patrolled the building for about a month after he was fired because the managers were terrified that he'd return to kill them.
I'm not posting further information about him other than the above picture of him.
Please be honest. Do they really look the same? I don't want to provide a tip without being more certain.
The widow's peak of the cop assailant might be a mismatch?
MagickMuffin
(15,958 posts)and yes the widow's peak is a giveaway.

(14,858 posts)The lunatic COO/President at the Japanese-owned company where I used to work immediately came back to my mind when I saw the cop attacker, but I don't think it's him either after studying that image of him that I found online.

(6,252 posts)But even if it isn't he sounds like he doesn't belong loose in society!

(14,858 posts)... a business that hired English tutors for Japanese businessmen. That's how he somehow convinced upper management at the parent company in Japan (located in the same prefecture) to hire him as our President/COO to replace an old Japanese man who had been fired for repeated sexual harassment towards the women in our front office.
So THAT guy was a menace too, but then it was even worse with the gun-toting maniac. He was born in Boston and still had the accent. His tutoring business eventually failed, and the internet used to be chock-full of complaints from his former employees for NEVER being paid! (Sounds like Trump.)
I will forever hate him, but I'm not going to contact the FBI (which requires me giving them my ID) unless I KNOW it's him... and I don't think they match. I was immediately reminded of that nightmare-guy when I first saw the cop attacker, though.
Edit: Now he owns a "consulting" business in Ohio. That's how I found his picture. He's probably still not paying employees, but I haven't found complaints about it. Or maybe it's just a one-man operation with him waiting for any suckers to hire his fraudulent ass as their consultant?
Edit2: This is the gun that he openly carried and sometimes pointed at the employees. Usually as a "joke", of course. Gee, how funny!
