(13,194 posts)twitter does monitor that account and has removed posts that violate the TOS. Khamenei does not violate the twitter TOS on a regular basis. Trump got the ban-hammer for endless TOS violations including the last ones that incited an armed insurrection.
They give wide latitude to heads of state, as they should. Being a horrible head of state of a horrible government is not currently a TOS violation in itself. Instead, shit posting horrible stuff is what gets you banned.

(26,366 posts)The tweet from the account of Khamenei, who has the final say on all state matters in Iran, claimed that COVID-19 vaccines imported from the U.S. or U.K. were "completely untrustworthy."
"It's not unlikely they would want to contaminate other nations," the tweet said, in reference to America and Britain. The tweet also claimed that French coronavirus vaccines "aren't trustworthy."
