Who is Senator AYOTTE & what wingnut rock has she been under? & Gov O'MALLEY is great!1

Every time I think I have scraped the bottom of the barrel of wingut creeps, another one pops out. They were on Faux Sunday and Governor O'MALLEY of MD cleaned her clock in a smooth and civilized way. We have so many great Dems!1

As for New Hampshire (she's from there), it has been asked here and answered before what's up wingnut-wise there and why so different from the rest of NE. (Short answer, low taxes, exiles from other NE)

and I'm just getting familiar with their politics. So far I'm not seeing a whole lot of wing-nuttery. The governor is a Democrat and is very popular. He had decided not to run again and it appears that Maggie Hassan, Democrat, will probably be elected. Our congressman, republican Charlie Bass, is opposed by Democrat Annie Kuster and I think she has a good chance of defeating Bass.

I still don't have a feel for politics here, other than a strong independent streak, but I think New Hampshire will go Democratic this election.

Ayotte's office deleted Ayotte's email and calendar of appointments from their computer systems prior to Ayotte's resignation as New Hampshire Attorney General.[39] Two days before Ayotte resigned her post as Attorney General and less than one week before Ayotte filed to run for the Senate Republican primary, Ayotte's office issued a policy memorandum covering deleted emails.[40] The memorandum states that, "While courts have not yet addressed the issue, it is our view that electronic records that have been legally deleted and are available only on system back-up storage media are properly treated as no longer subject to disclosure" under New Hampshire's Right-to-Know Law
