At the least, Dems should pass a law re domestic terrorism

I keep hearing there is a "definition" of domestic terrorism on the books, but there are no "statutes" restricting or penalizing it. So fix that.

I also understand that these Trump yahoos can still be prosecuted under other provisions, so we should be careful we don't criminalize everything to make it too easy for the Feds to harass civilians.
