Obama’s last award was to Biden. It was the only Medal of Freedom with Distinction which Obama bestowed.

President Biden can institute the Order of John Lewis (for example), awarded to exemplary Americans who demonstrated exceptional commitment to public service.

... with higher standards that President Ivanka can’t tarnish... the honor must be at a level of honor as the Nobel prize. There has to be a enormous sacrifice or contribution to humanity.
No more good athlete or celebrities lifetime achievement BS unless they have eradicated a disease in the Congo while showing Libya how to run a democracy like Jimmy Carter.

I have no idea, however, what is the best thing President Biden can do after that. Should he simply let the honor die? Should he issue a new, untainted, presidential honor? I just don't know.
