He was my choice for President in 2019. When he dropped out, I really lost my enthusiasm for backing someone else. I thought all along that Biden would enter the race and get the nomination, but Jay was my preference until he dropped out.

The rural areas of WA didn't get hit at 1st; they couldn't understand the necessity of the lockdown. They should understand it now, except that the virus hits the poor and the elderly and the compromised and minorities, and they could give a fuck if they don't know those people personally.

New Yorker has a chronology of the Covid virus and Washington comes out looking great. Patty Murray, Gov. Inslee, U of W researchers have been on top of this since the very early days. Weird - they all seem to have the health and safety of people as if it is a given!
