NO HALF MEASURES.
Even after he is out of office (resign or 25 Amendment) do not let up, IMPEACH him; try, convict, and punish. Any thing less than full impeachment for high crimes and misdemeanors is a true miscarriage of justice.
On matters of insurrection/coup de tat 'We The People' expect prosecution to the full extent of the law. This applies to all involved.
No amnesty, no pardons, no immunity, no exile.
Afterward render him the International Court Of Justice to face international crimes.
